Our Residency program is built on the conviction that every leader must first be a student of Scripture, anchored in truth, confident in conviction, and equipped to lead with clarity. Through in-depth theological study paired with hands-on ministry experience, residents learn to connect biblical truth to real-life leadership while growing in both wisdom and faith as they serve the local church.
