Spiritual Development and Discipleship

We believe that all ministry flows from a deep, daily commitment to becoming more like Jesus in the formation of our hearts/character, how we think and how we live life on mission. In the Residency, we will have weekly meetings as a cohort to pursue Christ together through Bible study, read great books, and reflect on the ways God is shaping our stories and calling us deeper into His purposes. Residents will also work with and be poured into by an experienced ministry leader who knows what it means to become like Jesus through ministry in their field.
